Established in 2000, Recovery Solutions is dedicated to working with all facets of the recovering community to provide a foundation for positive growth. We can provide full service assessments, electronic monitoring, and linkages to treatment and ancillary service providers. We believe that a recovery system that offers alternatives to incarceration, access to innovative treatment, effective evaluation of current techniques, family support and outreach, and opportunity for education and societal advancement are several of the keys to recovery. With offices in Western New York, Recovery Solutions continues to provide effective monitoring, treatment, and evaluation services to judicial districts, nonprofit human services agencies, and private sector clients.
Full-Service Drug, Alcohol, and Mental Health Evaluations
Recovery Solutions has three licensed clinicians on staff, led by Richard Washousky who has served as a professional in the field since 1973, including as the Director of the City of Boston Department of Health & Hospitals Alcoholism Services in Boston, Massachusetts, and Executive Director of Erie County Medical Center’s Addiction Services in Buffalo, New York. He is certified and credentialed in multiple disciplines as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Masters Addictions Counselor (MAC), Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS), National Certified Psychologist (NCP), and Board Certified Clinical Psychotherapist (BCCP). Besides his many years of clinical experience in addictions disorders and mental health, he has been a Professor of Addictions Studies at New York State and a national trainer in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, specializing in addressing early trauma issues.
Recovery Solutions offers a comfortable, discrete setting and utilizes its extensive network of partners to ensure that clients are correctly linked to a suite of addictions, mental health, vocation, education, housing, and community service providers. On-site counseling is also offered.
Electronic Monitoring Structure
Recovery Solutions is a licensed electronic monitoring agency and can provide full-service access to SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM CAM) bracelets, Remote Breath portable breathalyzers, and GPS house arrest units based on the severity and need of your clients. Recovery Solutions fully manages the readings, alerts, and maintenance of all equipment. Additionally, Recovery Solutions provides their proprietary SCRAMpay network which offers clients the ability to pay for monitoring online, track their payment history and balance, receive phone and chat support from licensed clinicians, and configure automatic email and text message reminders.
